Astrophysicist

I am a queer astrophysicist studying the coevolution between supermassive black holes and their host galaxies. I am an Instructor in the Department of Physics at Virginia Commonwealth University.

In addition to science, I am passionate about transforming academia and our society at large into a more equitable place. I am particularly interested in community-oriented programs supporting students from backgrounds that are historically excluded in astrophysics.
